Federal space agency (ROSCOSMOS) is the federal body of authority of the Russian Federation which are carrying out functions on maintenance of realization of a state policy and norm-legal regulation in sphere of space activity, in the field of research and use of a space in the peace purposes, powers on development and fullfilment of the Federal space program of Russia. Roscosmos carries out accommodation of the state order for development, manufacture and delivery of space technics in the scientific, social and economic purposes, and also together with Ministry of Defence of Russia - space technics of double purpose. An overall objective of activity of Roscosmos is maintenance of the effective decision of social and economic and scientific problems, and also realization of the international interests of Russia as space power. RKK "ENERGIA" named after S.P.Korolev

RKK "Energia" - the leading enterprise of the Russia which have laid bases of the major directions of development of rocket and space activity. GRTs «DB named after academician V.P.Makeev»

The basic directions of activity of DB - creation of the commercial launch-vehicles on the basis of elements and technologies of ballistic missiles for submarines, allowing to launch a two-way payloads for carrying out of experiments in conditions of microgravitation; space vehicles into near Earth orbits from submarines and a ground launch complex. LOCKHEED MARTIN

Lockheed Martin corporation is one of the greatest space companies of the world. A basis of activity of Lockheed Martin Astronautics is development and service of launch-vehicles and satellites, including «Atlas-5» LV, in which RD-180 LPRE of NPO ENERGOMASH development is installed in first stage. Astronautics Division, engaged space-rocket technics, is located in Denver, Colorado, USA.

PRATT&WHITNEY ROCKETDYNE

Pratt&Whitney Rocketdyne is the leading company in the world on development, manufacture and service of aviation jet engines for planes, industrial gas turbines, and also space liquid rocket engines and space powerplants. The division of the company, engaged development, tests and manufacture of LPRE, is located in West Palm Beach, Florida and in Canoga Park, California, USA.

RD AMROSS

RD AMROSS is the joint venture organized in 1997 by NPO ENERGOMASH (Russia) and Pratt&Whitney (USA). Primary goal of this joint venture is marketing, realization and assistance to manufacture in the USA of liquid rocket engines of NPO ENERGOMASH development. PO YUZHNY MACHINE-BUILDING PLANT named after A.M.Makarov

One of the basic Ukrainian enterprises in the field of manufacture of rockets, rocket complexes, satellites and their components, including RD-120 LPRE of NPO ENERGOMASH development for "Zenit" LV, and also tractors, trolley buses and other civil equipment.

JOINT VENTURE «SEA LAUNCH»

Joint venture «Sea Launch» is created by the companies from the USA (Boeing), Ukraine (GDB Yuzhnoe and PO Yuzhmash), Russia (RKK Energia) and Norway (Kwarner). It is engaged in services on launches of commercial satellites by Zenit 3SL LV from a sea platform in Pacific ocean.

Snecma Motors, entering into group of companies SAFRAN, is one of the leading companies in the world on aviation and rocket propulsion units, including liquid rocket engines for «Ariane 5» LV. The division which is responsible for LPRE is locates in Vernon, France.

TsNIIMASH

TsNIIMash is a leading research institute on space-rocket technics. It is responsible for the system analysis, design-search researches and development of programs of development of space-rocket technics and space activity of Russia, the decision of scientific and technical problems of aerogasdynamics, thermomassexchange, strength, dynamics, control of flights of space vehicles. The institute is located in Korolev of Moscow area, Russia.

Keldysh's Center is the basic organization which is carrying out research and developmental works in the field of rocket engine development and space power. The organization is located in Moscow, Russia.

FKP “Scientific-test center of rocket-space industry” (NITz RKP)

Enterprise is a leading research institute on development of propulsion units and liquid rocket engines, thermovacuum tests of spacecrafts with imitation of natural conditions. Here tests of LPRE of NPO ENERGOMASH development in structure of stages of various LV and also experimental tests of some advanced LPRE (RD-120К, three-propellant engine, etc.) were conducted. United Launch Alliance

Created in 2006 ULA is joint venture for launch service of space vehicles for US government. ULA has jointed programs of Atlas LV of Lockheed Martin Corp. and Delta LV of Boeing Co, offering in result a wide range on payloads mass and launch-vehicles, including Atlas 5 LV with RD-180 engine of NPO Energomash development. Managers of ULA programs, engineering and test staff are located in head-quarters in Denver, Colo. Manufacture, assembly, integration is conducting in Decarture, Ala. and Harlingen, Tex.
